Welcome to GreenHome Exteriors. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services, booking system, and administrative tools. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Website Use & Services

GreenHome Exteriors provides access to our booking system, scheduling tools, administrative services, and invoicing platform through this website. Use of these tools is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

2. Payment Methods

We currently accept payment via:

• E-transfer

• Cash

• Cheque

Please note: GreenHome Exteriors reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3. Free Consultations & Quotes

GreenHome Exteriors offers free consultations and written quotes based on the information available at the time of assessment.

Please be advised that quotes are subject to change if unforeseen structural issues are discovered during installation, tear-out, or site preparation. In such cases, additional work may be required and billed accordingly. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible, and no additional work will proceed without consent.

4. Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 10% to 50% of the total project cost, including supplies and materials, is required upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable, subject to GreenHome Exteriors' discretion.

Cancellations are only permitted prior to the installation date or purchase of special-order materials. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. Once installation begins, full charges will apply as agreed in the client contract. GreenHome Exteriors reserves the exclusive right to determine if a refund is available and the amount to be refunded.

5. Workmanship Warranty & Material Warranty

GreenHome Exteriors provides a standard workmanship warranty of 365 days from the date of project completion. The specific manufacturer may provide material warranties. A $100 service fee will be charged for all warranty inspections.

6. Limitation of Liability
GreenHome Exteriors will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or defects arising from:

• Severe weather events (including but not limited to high winds, hail, ice storms, or flooding),

• Work performed or materials supplied by third-party contractors not hired directly by GreenHome Exteriors, or

• Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that are unrelated to or outside the scope of the work performed by GreenHome Exteriors.

Clients acknowledge that such events are beyond the control and responsibility of GreenHome Exteriors.

7. Account Suspension Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website and services if users violate the following rules:

• Zero tolerance for violence, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other clients.

• Commitment to safety at all times.

• Adherence to respectful and lawful communication.

• ​

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension without refund or warning.

8. Policy Changes

GreenHome Exteriors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
