Refund Policy, GreenHome Exteriors

 1. Free Consultations & Quotes

GreenHome Exteriors provides free consultations and written quotes based on the visible and accessible conditions of the property at the time of the assessment.

Please note:

  • All quotes are estimates and are subject to change if unforeseen structural issues (such as rot, water damage, framing deficiencies, or code violations) are discovered during installation, tear-out, or site preparation.

  • If additional work is required, clients will be:

    • Notified immediately, and

    • Provided with an updated scope of work and cost estimate.

No additional work will proceed without the client’s written or documented verbal consent.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All project bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 10% to 50% of the total quoted amount, which includes materials and supplies.


This deposit secures your project timeline and covers preparation and procurement costs.

3. Changes or Cancellations

  • Cancellations prior to installation are permitted, but deposits will not be refunded.

  • If a client cancels after consenting to additional work due to unforeseen issues, they will be billed for:

    • Any materials already purchased, and

    • Any work already completed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available for:

  • Deposits,

  • Customized or special-order materials,

  • Work already completed.

Partial refunds may be considered at GreenHome Exteriors’ discretion if a project is halted due to extreme or unforeseen circumstances unrelated to the client or contractor.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the rare case of a billing or refund dispute, GreenHome Exteriors is committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally, in accordance with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss concerns before pursuing third-party resolution.
